As an England whisky distillery located in London, Bimber Distillery was established in 2015 and launched a small batch of single malt whisky in 2019. This whisky uses American white oak barrels to mature, which were manually re-burned by the coopers in the Bimber Distillery. The barrels are burnt to the fourth level called Alligator Char, which is roasted to the extent of the texture of crocodile skin, in order to give more caramel sweetness to the whisky by grilling the barrels. With only 5000 bottles were produced, this excellent Bimber whisky also scores 89 marks at "whiksyfun.com".
Nose: Honey, gloopy, sweet tropical fruit, ripe melon, golden syrup, fruit candies, fragrant nectars, and yellow flowers, followed by slightly mint, malty, caramel, pepper spicy and pine wood. More honey, creamy, vanilla, sweet cream cake, green apples, ripe pears and rye bread with water.
Palate: Cereals, sunflower oil, overripe yellow fruits, lychee, cornflakes, apricots and pineapple sourness, followed by pepper spicy, sweet cream, hazelnut and hints of mint. More sweetness and sourness of dried fruits, hints of mustard, cereals and breads with water.
Finish: Long. Fruity, cereals, hint of olive oil and pepper spicy.

口感:穀物、葵花籽油、過熟的黃色水果、荔枝、玉米、杏子和菠蘿酸味,接著是胡椒辛辣感、甜奶油、榛子和淡淡的薄荷味。加水後有更多的乾果甜味和酸味、少許芥末味、穀物和麵包。
尾韻:悠長。 水果味、穀物、淡淡的橄欖油和胡椒的辛辣感。
