While Tai Mo Shan reaches over 900 meters, its upper reaches remain off-limits, making the 934-meter Phoenix Mountain the true pinnacle for Hong Kong adventurers. Adding a touch of local legacy, the design incorporates the world-renowned MacLehose Trail, a enduring gift from Governor Sir Murray MacLehose to the people of Hong Kong. The initial fruity vibrancy may dominate, but the mid-notes reveal a robust creamy vanilla foundation, culminating in the fresh clarity of pine sawdust and the sweet allure of candied cherries.
 
Palate: A bold entry of succulent peach, vibrant lychee, and zesty citrus gives way swiftly to a luxuriously creamy and oily mouthfeel, enriched by velvety milk chocolate and a whisper of gentle spices. With a dash of water, the milk chocolate intensifies, enhancing the overall silkiness and balance.
